Pavel Milyukov was born May 4, 1984 in Perm. He began studying the violin at 4 years in class of Shevtsova T.A. At the age of 7 years he played the first time with the orchestra. In 10 years he had a successful performance and a victory on two Russian contests - the contest of A. Korsakov, and "The Magic Bow".
In 2000 year, arrived in Moscow, entered the College of Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory to the class of professor, People's Artist Vladimir Ivanov. 2004-2009 years he studied in Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory in the class of professor Vladimir Ivanov, 2009-2012 – postgraduate in the same place. At the present time he studies in the class of Boris Kuschnir at the Music University in Graz, Austria.
In 2002 he won the first international competition in Togliatti. In 2003- II prize at the contest "Kloster Shontal "- Germany. He is an owner of Gold prize and the honorary guest of the International Festival in DPRK (North Korea). In 2007 won the V Moscow International Violin Competition of N.Paganini.
